Chicken, easily. It's not even close. Probably a 80:19:1 ratio of chicken:beefork

I'm kind of surprised that so many people eat lamb. I've never seen it for sale in the stores and I've had it at a restaurant once. I guess it's a regional thing.

Needless to say lamb is extremely common in New Zealand. Which is great, because it's also one of my favorite meats, much better than beef in my opinion.

Must be, most of my meat intake consists of white meat chicken and beef. I really like turkey breast, but it is not commonly served in the restaurants that I visit in this new city. I like bacon and pork loin, but that is about it for pork and I rarely eat it. The only time I ever eat lamb is when it is mixed in with the meat inside a gyro. That being said, I did not even try lamb until I was 22. It was lamb sausage, not bad, but I do not like eating anything other than chicken / turkey breast and beef.

Lamb is like beef, but with flavour. Beef is bland and boring by comparison. Don't judge lamb by some shitty sausage.

It's castrated pork. Slice the Ps off and it's a juicy and tender as a wet dream.
