IMHO, that's a pretty inconclusive A/B test. Your commerce conversion rates for red and green are are within 0.10% of each other but red shows a better sales conversion rate. So for that reason, red but I'd probably do some more multivariate testing before I committed the developer resources to bang out the code for anything more complicated than background color.

At a quick look, I'd say Green.

The rate of a 'commerce session'/'session' is basically equal between Green and Red (though it's really weird that the rate for your Current Ad is so much lower). However, Green ads are generating more clicks per session, so even at a slightly lower CPC, it's still generating you the most revenue per session which is what's most important.

If you can get the clicks/commerce session rate of the Red ads up to the Green ads, that's the best of both worlds.

Frankly, with the numbers this close, I'd run another test 50:50 Green:Red to make sure the data is consistent.

What about the green bounce rate of 30.51% vs red's slightly better 30.20%, or green's average CPC per click of $0.230 vs red's slightly better $0.231? Statiscally insignificant compared to green's positive?
