What motherboard to get?

Hey everyone, I have been browsing the forums for some time, usually just the buy/sell section but I have ran into some motherboard problems recently...

I purchased the ASUS P8Z68-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS from NEWEGG and had to RMA the board 2x now, with the second one being denied, but I got it overturned.

I spent about 199$ on the board and am looking at getting a new brand as I am done with that particular board.

These are the two boards I am debating, what do you guys think? I am thinking about maybe getting a second graphics card as some point...

Thanks for the response though, was hoping for a few more, but thats ok. I am really considering the ASRock but I don't know if it is overkill for the components I have.

I have noticed the other ASRock thread about the extreme 3/4 which is a little cheaper, not sure if that would fit my needs more so than the ASRock I have linked.

Either way I have read that the gigabyte boards are having some issues with boot loops and haven't really read any issues so far with the ASRock PRO I have linked, but then again it could be newer and no issues have been discovered yet.

I'd go with GB since my last 2 builds have been GB.
The one listed is a real nice one too.
I wished mine was that loaded.
