What motherboards does Micron use?

I have a new micron system here and it has a KT133 mobo in it (duh) what make is it? Anyone know?

I'm not sure but I think usually Micron uses TYAN boards.

Not motherboards, but chipsets. Micron is making a DDR chipset, named Samurai.

most companies use exclusively one company, HP uses ASUS, micron uses tyan, compaq uses FIC. generally anyways. Tyan does make a kt133 board so most likely the micron has a tyan

Micron should go back to Micron chipsets once they get it out. At least for athlon.

I believe that Micron is using the GIGABYTE mobo for their DDR266 system.

Yes their 266 DDR is a Gigabyte board.

Their 3000 series uses a Tyan Board

their 2000 series used a cheap "cascade" board

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that Micron the PC manufacturer/retailer was a different company and unrelated to Micron the memory/chipset fabber...

Anyway, the Micron I poked at most recently had an Intel board in it... but this one clearly doesn't, since Intel won't use anybody else's chipsets
