What motherboards will POST with a 45nm CPU right out of the box?

The reason I ask which motherboards will run with a 45nm CPU right out of the box is because I don't have any other 775-socket chips to be able to post with it if it has issues.

I'm looking at this board. Is it guaranteed to POST with my Q9450? If not, what boards are guarantees? Are there any?

According to this it should. rev 2.1 with F2 Bios.

Currently shipping IP35 Pro boards come with BIOS 14 which will boot with a Q9450. You'd want to update to 16 to correct temperature sensor errors.

I've read that Gigabyte P35 boards now ship with Q9450 compatible BIOS, but I cannot confirm.

I bought a GA-EP35-DS3R and a Q9450, everything started with no problems, no BIOS upgrades were required for me. The E model is a 2.1 revision of the board. Hence my assumption that yes, it will POST with a Q9450 (it did for me ).
