The Gigabyte is also slightly cheaper if you factor in the nic that is already included vs the Asus where you need to buy a seperate add-on (haven't been able to find it yet). >>
Well, it's a matter of weather ocing or features takes priority. Frankely the 8IRXP hits with all DIMM's populated just short of 133fsb and frankely at 130fsb the PCI bus is gonna be waaaaayyyyy out of spec and really, I'm not certain it's the best ocing board. So really it's ocing, or feature's. You make the call, both are solid boards and I'd recommend both of them, it's just a matter of choice.
