i weigh about 140, and i have about 5% body fat...i had been working out over the past year, and when i started i weighed 130 and got my weight up to 144. Then since coming to college this year, I only worked out a few times in a month and a half and also i can't get enough meat to eat. I lost 5.5lbs and went to like 139. i'm assuming this loss is muscle. how much percent of your body would typically be muscle?
