What Ram would You Choose?!? Input Please

Ram is my last decision! I can't decide between Muskin rev 3 rated @150 222; The OCZ Enhanced 150 @222; or Crucial pc 133 @222. Crucial has the best bang for the buck, but I want what is best for my overclocking days of the future?!?

Anyone who has experience with the brands, I sure would appreciate advise before I decide. Thankx

I can only tell you that Mushkin has never let me down. I currently use the rev 2 PC-133 2-2-2 and have a Duron 700 stable at 1083MHz.

i've heard the ocz enhanced is the best stuff but all are good enough that you won't be disappointed.

I think OCZ isn't always reliable. Crucial usually has the best prices. Mushkin is in the same league. I would go with the best price between mushkin and crucial.

I dont know what the crucial pc133 2-2-2 is going for but Mushkin Rev2 Pc133 2-2-2 is $104 per 128mb stick. Running mine at 149 2-2-2 with all memory settings maxed on my KT7-RAID.

does OCZ has any affliation with Overclockerz.com?
they have real poor business enthic, base on that I would not purchase from them.

performance wise, viahardware.com did a review of OCZ stuff, it basically handpicked Mircon (Corsair or Cruical) PC133 CAS2 stuff that's reliable in higher clock speed.

meanwhile, what system you have? if you are getting a celeron rig then it would be futile to invest in PC133.

Mushkin is supposed to be the best from what I've heard... personally I don't think there's much of a difference though .

When I got my Crucial Ram, it was much cheaper than Mushkin, and there wasn't a Bios setting that it couldn't handle. It was on an Abit Ka7 when they were still one of the best boards you could get. I also got a 15% off next purchase coupon and just recently used it. I'm almost sure that they are significantly cheaper than mushkin.

Crucial RAM has always served me well

I can run CAS 3, at CAS 2 with no problems.

Go Crucial which has the best price/performance ratio so that you can add more.

Have always seen the more people support Crucial. That would be my choice next time.
