Litigious much?
Not exactly, I truthfully think many people have been scammed into thinking they got one price but paid another. Especially if their debit didn't give them the cash price.

I only use my debit card and always get cash price.
That sign you posted is about as clear cut as anything I've ever seen. The only crime going on is your crime against humanity for being so stupid.
Again, read my post. I said my local examples are much worse with much smaller text. You can also read my post I was never once fooled. The only person stupid is you for not reading the OP toolbag.
What Grinds my Gears is people that think gas is Regular, Mid-Grade, and Premium as if the higher octane grades are "better" somehow. Octane grades =/= how "good" the gas is at all.
I've never understood mid-grade really, but premium is necessary for supercharged engines - my wife put regular in my Kompressor one time, she is never allowed to fuel up my car again...
I've never understood mid-grade really
Isin't it illegal to charge more for credit card transactions?
My Acura says to use Premium (Actually, 91 Octane, which doesn't exist in my State), I have seen all kinds of different tests used from all regular, all premium, and all mid-grade. All premium has seemed like a complete waste. I opt for a mix of mid-grade and regular.
And someone has to pay the costs of minting physical cash and securely transporting it to and from the retail location.Someone gets to pay the fee for using credit/debit. The card companies charge the retailer.
That's sound logic right there, just don't forget to fill your tires to max sidewall.
Heh, it says use 91 Octane which isn't even available... what would you do Mr. Manual follower?
The sooner we fully move to it the sooner we can get off the 2-3% and move more closer to a reasonable <1% fee IMO.
but shit like this along with retarded immigrants hoarding cash in their mattresses is what keeps cash still alive
[Seinfeld]
What is mid-grade all about? Either you have a cheap car and you put in cheap gas, or you have an expensive car and you put in the expensive gas. What kind of person picks midgrade? They must be the same kind of person who like airplane food.

Not illegal, but certainly against the contract with the merchant. They can lose their ability to swipe if they were reported.
And old tax cheats like me.but shit like this along with retarded immigrants hoarding cash in their mattresses is what keeps cash still alive
I'm on your lawn...in FL.I see the Christmas spirit is already permeating the forums!
True. The swiping should be free but then the banks can't make mo $$. My bank charges me an excessive cash deposit fee because they don't want my $$ because the fed lends it to them for zero, tellers cost $$ as well as the transportation you mentioned. And someone has to pay the costs of minting physical cash and securely transporting it to and from the retail location.
