But that same server is working as a mail server....weird

Yeah, it's been up and down today. I discovered FW before most of the other sites, so I usually hang around there, although this place is great too.

I personally think fw is better. WHy cuz at least there u can post coupon codes etc... Here u cant cuz of the anandtech nazi mods. Besides that thats why FW is better. Think about it everytime a hotdeal is posted everyone always said to check FW for codes etc...

I'm not sure about this but I think the whole reason chubby billfold is as popular as it is now is because of the coupon ban on this forum.

I went to the link (with numbers) and when I tried to login then it had the error message again.

I was surprised to see this thread here instead of off topic. It's also been some time since I've been here...i have to give credit to people here at AT...pretty decent even though no codes and stuff. (Maybe its a sign of how much people here want to save. ^_^)

That's for sure. I guess AT didn't want the hassle of fighting off legal threats and upsetting their sponsors. Plus, it was way too easy to get kicked off AT. I got expelled once myself. I've actually been here for over 2 years. The AT Gestapo were a bit too trigger ahppy in the past, but FW has taught them humilty. FW is getting a bit that way now though. Besides, with so many people hitting FW, it can kill a deal in minutes. I prefer to post my deals here, B$, or CCD.
