OP you are still trying to decide.....
To reiterate, any coolers on the list below:
- Thermalright 120 Extreme
- IFX-14
- Scythe Mugen 2
- Megahalems/Megashadow
- Noctua NH-D14 (Probably the best air right now)

Will all hit 4.0ghz-4.1ghz on a 920. So at this point it all comes down to price. But even Cogage True Spirit for $40 should be able to 4.0ghz.
If we are talking about 4.3ghz+, then we are talking water cooling most likely or Noctua D14:

Also dual fan IFX-14 will beat the Corsair H50 (and so will dual fan D14).
