While I agree that there is no requirement its not true that no one does that.
I'll rephrase that.
Nobody with any sense does that.

Don't be so salty that you were wrong brah.Probably a sponsored ad. ( ApartmentGuid.com )
Because what guy wouldn't be grateful for $25 at Bed, Bath and Beyond, rather than $25 in cash that he'd just blow on a case of beer or a burger and drinks at his favorite tavern?
did i say BB&B cards?
idiot.
So are servers, so are delivery guys, but we tip them. There is no requirement to tip movers. Nobody does that. They are already getting paid.

I gave $50 to two guys who brought a washer and dryer upstairs to my second story on New Years Eve. Might have been a little much but I felt bad since it was a pain in the ass install right before NYE.
I was up about 48 hours and slept maybe 5 that night. I passed out on the floor here at the new place last night. Good times.
It wasn't any bigger than normal, so I didn't mention it.goddamn
was there at least a pile of dead hookers next to you when you woke up?
I ended up tipping them $60 each. It took five hours longer than I expected and it turns out that despite a video review of my belongings, the company underestimated the amount of stuff I have. I had to clean up after them, my car battery died, and while I was on the road at like 10pm, I found out that someone stole my credit card number so the company put a hold on it. Then at about 1am I almost nailed a Golden Retriever that was just standing on I-74 in the middle of nowhere. I ended up getting in to the hotel at 3am where they double charged me.

That is crazy. But it is your money...
There is no way in hell I would tip them esp if I had to clean up after them.
People still tip servers when they get horrible too. That is crazy. But it is your money...

There was a lot more stuff than they were prepared for, so it seemed fair.
