What Should I upgrade first

Just got my tax return back and my wife is letting me blow 500 of it. What would you upgrade first.

Here is my current system

P3 500E overclocked to 825
256 Meg of Rev 2.0 Mushkin memory
Asus p3v4X mobo
(2) 30 gig Maxtor 7200 RPM Hard drives
Voodoo 3 3000 Video Card
Soundblaster Live Value
Top of the line Yamaha speakes (not so hot)
SuperMicro 760 A
IIyama Vision Master 400 17 Inch Monitor
Dual boot Win2K /Win98



here is what I do with my computer

1) I like to play games especially ones like SOF,NOLF,UT but only casually
2) I use this computer for my business apps
3) I love to listen to Mp3's so quality sound is appreciate

I recommend a graphics accelerator. I have the Elsa Gladiac GeForce 2 GTS and it improved Half-Life/Team Fortress Classic so much that I died on many occasions while looking at the awesome detail. Frame rate will go up lots.
Next I think you would look for speakers next from what I gather. A second set of speakers will allow you to take advantage of the 3 dimensional placing of sounds in a game.

That leaves $80.00 for Altec Lansing ACS54...

If you enjoy music look at the new Klipsch 4.1's when they come out. I have the v.2-400's and absolutely love them. The new ones are supposed to be an improvement on them. They are going to run around 300 I believe, but well worth it for THX speakers. I agree about the 64mb radeon too. I believe Hawk is selling them right now for 165 in the FS forums. They are retail VIVO units.
