I don't think I'll ever think the world is "coming to an end" because you'd need a fuck-ton of power to completely destroy the planet and make it unlivable. Life will find a way. There is no sign that could make me suddenly think "Okay, that's the last straw, it's the armageddon!". Partially because I'm not a superstitious idiot, and partially because I take every situation that's thrown at me and evaluate it based on logical and coherent evidence, then attempt to find a way to survive it or even come out on top. Fuck, we could nuke the hell out of each other, and I'd probably come to some conclusion that resembles "well, it's the morons who run the nations of the world, they're at fault", then I'd find someplace to hide until it's all over, stock up on weapons and probably give in to my personal vendetta. I still wouldn't think "ARMAGEDDON" like a social dinosaur half-wit.

This is what I was thinking. I remember during the first Gulf War, my mom telling me how all the things that were happening coincided with the Bible. I was a lot less spiritual back then, so I didn't listen too much.

Again, I don't personally think civilization is going to be wiped out or the earth is going to suddenly explode. I have just been hearing this a lot on wondered what kind of sign you would need to believe that it was.
