Damn man, 82, your nuts!Ah, finally found this thread! 50° inside, and 30° out. Wanted to post cause I find it interesting I'm acclimating to the cold. My inside temp is 50° cause I have the thermostat set as a fallback if I'm not here to make a fire. I have a ton(literally, ~30 tons) of wood to get rid of, so I heated with wood primarily this year. I woke up, made coffee, started a load of laundry, and look at the thermostat; 50°, but I'm thinking I don't really feel cold. Wonder what my lower limit is? I've hit it on the top end. That's 82°, and I'm not happy about it, but I can deal with it. Above that, I'm ready to kill someone. If it weren't for the cats, I'd drop the temp some more. They're getting old. and are probably already pissed at me :^D
Oh, not in the house. I just meant generally. I keep the ac set to 80. My house stays fairly cool, and I have a lot of tree cover. I also have ceiling fans in all the rooms. It's a little warmer than I'd like, and sometimes I'll drop it down to 78, but 80's typical. You gotta remember, I work outside also. When you've been in 90+ weather all day, 80 feels pretty good in comparison.Damn man, 82, your nuts!
I don't know if I would EVER be able to fall asleep if it got more than about 72 or 73.
