No matter how many times it's shown that happy employees can be MORE productive, this is still the prevailing view in the CEO mindset. Sad, really.
I'd be skeptical of this. Half the purpose of the text in these suits is to just sensationalize and make good quotes for the press. If you read the original West/Zampella suit against Activision, it had the same sensationalist writing in it.
