Pic of google maps ...

I saw these in the plane when i was flying from Maryland to California. It looks like this is a little west of Oklahoma City after doing some searching on google earth. It looks like a buncha pacmans or half pacmans or something ... but wtf are all those for? It's like miles and miles of those circles on the ground and nothing else.

Anyone know?

Roads are of roughly equal distance. Sets up nice square shaped fields. Center pivots water many fields (think of one large shower bar which circles around a central point). Thus the crops grow differently within the perfect circle.

In the URL you provided, 35.444169 and -98.561096 are the latitude and logitude coordinates (you may have to convert yours to decimal, there are calculators that'll do that for you)

It's a place where they grow all the pie-charts used in presentations.

Those were package plants fields, those plants that grow veggie beef/chicken/hog into the packages you buy at the store, they're the lighter fields, and the darker fields produce Cheerios, have you ever had fresh vine grown Cheerios? Good stuff.
