Eons ago, Baskin Robbins used to do a Mandarin Chocolate. I remember it as ice cream, but searching finds they called it sherbet. Fake recipes say to use orange juice. When I conjur up my own version, I use chocolate ice cream to start out. I add some extra dark cocoa powder to make it almost black, then add orange flavoring and either Triple Sec or some other orange liqueur.
