I do little things

I dont flush at night when i pee or if there is only very mild pee unless there are other people there.

When its warm enough I just turn the shower on long enough to wet everything then I turn it off until Im ready to rinse.

I dont run the water when I brush my teeth

I only have sex with the lights out

A lot of what I do is out of cheapness, and being "green" is only a side benefit, or a portion of the equation that tips the balance in doing something greener.

I combine car trips, and plan ahead to maximize fuel economy.

Thermostat is set to 80F summer and 55F winter

I eat little meat

I recycle everything possible, and compost bio material

I use things until they're worn out. I don't buy gadgets just to have new toys

Edit:
Use cereal bags as food wrapping

Most stuff I do is not to be "green" for the sake of it. Just common sense stuff.

Don't turn on the lights unless I need them.
Combine trips as I don't really care to drive extra. I already drive a good 25-30k a year as it is.
I do recycle stuff that the recyclers will take.
Fix stuff when possible or reasonable instead of just buying new.

All of this is common sense, responsible, and saves money. I will not however go and spend a bunch of extra money just for the sake of being "green" or for something that claims to be so over a standard item. So many pro-green guys say it will save money but so much of the stuff makes little financial sense (go buy $10k of solar panels! Saves you $50 a month on electric... uh what?).

If you have the money, it isn't a bad thing to do to support the technology. If no ones buys, nothing will get made. It's like taking one for the team. The "greenness" of solar is pretty debatable depending on what part of the world you live in. Solar panels, and other electronics don't create themselves, and have an environmental/energy cost on their own.

Cool topic OP
Some are for green, some are for green and cheapness:

-I do the pee thing that the OP mentioned. I live alone. I also do the shower thing.
-Drive a Civic and try not to drive really fast for long periods if I don't have to.
-Reuse ziploc bags if I store something dry in them.
-Try to store wet food in tupperware.
-Try to buy food with a high food-to-packaging ratio (Usually this is the cheapest and healthiest food anyway)
-Reuse grocery bags.
-Only use cermaic coffee mug at work (no styro).
-If I'm out and buy a bottled drink but can't recycle it, I bring it home so I can.

Most are small, but I think they're more than worth doing.

I believe your mascot is a spartan or something like that. My alma mater's mascot is the big green.

Big green is more green than spartan!

I walk, ride my bike, and take public transit when possible. Recycle and compost. No AC at my house. Try to conserve energy. Registered member of the Green Party.

I know, and that's why I'm not spending a cent on a solar panel as I have other more useful and important things that demand my money

I can think of a whole list of things that are touted as being "green" yet are questionable because of the evironmental and energy cost of their production. Most people haven't really looked into that however, just the end product and "feel good" about "helping the planet." Of course, doing in-depth examination of stuff like that probably would turn up some results that wouldn't make certain people/interest groups/companies too happy as I'm sure there are "green" products that overall are no less harmful in the long run (or even possibly more).

I fail to procreate. This is as about as green as it is ever going to get.

What do I do to stay green?
Aside from a progammable thermostat. pretty much nothing.

I want my shower hot and powerful and I fix those stupid high efficiency shower heads to actually have some pressure behind them.

I wan't my house a comfortable 71 degrees Fahrenheit when I'm home.

I drive a 1967 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible, hot pink with whale skin hubcaps with all leather cow interior and big brown baby seal eyes for headlights. And I drive around in that baby at 115MPH gettin 1 mile per gallon suckin down quarter pounder cheeseburgers in the old fashioned non-biodegradable styrofoam containers, and when I'm done suckin down those greaseball burgers, I wipe my mouth with the American Flag and when I'm done suckin down those burger, I toss the styrofoam containers right out the side! And there ain't a goddamn thing anybody can do about it you know why? CUZ we got the bombs! THAT'S RIGHT, TWO WORDS! "nuclear fucking weapons" OKAY! Russia, Germany, Romania, they can have all the democracy they want, they can have a big democracy cake walk right in the middle of Tienanmen Square and it won't make a lick of difference because we got the bombs. OK? John Wayne's not dead - he's frozen! And when we find a cure for cancer, we're gonna thaw out the Duke and he's gonna be pretty pissed off. You know why? You ever taken a cold shower? Well, multiply that by 15 million times. That's how pissed off the Duke's gonna be.

I'm gonna get the Duke and John Cassavetes and Lee Marvin and Sam Peckinpah and a case of whisky and drive down to Texas

I dispose of my own engine oil in a bare spot in the backyard.
If you turn over the soil once in a while and add compost* to stimulate the soil microbes this really isn't that bad for the environment in most locales.

* Sugars or starchy food wastes would be better. Try to get the microbes going and they will eat the oil while they are dining.

Cows are a major source of methane pollution, so I'm helping to keep their numbers down by eating as many of them as I can.
