5:45 AM. My gym/pool open up at 6:00 AM, so this allows me to get up, have some water, etc., then get down and workout or something before work and still make it in for 8:00 AM.

Been working pretty well since I started doing this a month or two ago.

No work, but class every day at 8:30.

I generally wake up around 7:15 and leave the apartment by 8. It takes ~15 minutes to walk the 13 blocks to school, so I get there around 8:15 which leaves me a few minutes to put last minute finishing touches on my projects and homework assignments.

My alarm is set for 9:30, 9:50 and then sometime after 10. I usually leave the house around 10:30 but I'm trying to get up earlier...

Work? That's a four letter word.

Back in the day, I was up at 4:40. On the road by 5:15 and at work by 5:45. Workday started at 6:00. It was a long walk through the parking lot and a long walk through the plant to the office.

I've always been punctual.

I hate the morning. Start work at 9am (latest time allowed in the department.) I usually wake up by about 7:50, and am in my car by 8:10. and usually get to my cube by 8:55-8:59, though construction delays have been screwing me over forcing me up about 10 mins earlier over the last month or so.

The morning is an awful time, that's for sure. I get up anywhere between 5:30 and 7:00. It depends on where my AM appointments are.

Between 6:30 and 7:00. I have to leave by 7:45 to be in around 8:30. If I drove rather than rode metro, I could leave at like 8:10.

I wake up around 10-10:30, leave the house by 11:30 to get to the gym and make it into work by ~2ish. I typically finish my day around 11pm and get to bed around 2-3am.

1:55 AM, hop out of bed, meet my commute friend at 2:30 am and drive about an hour to work. Get home by 2 pm, exercise for about 90 minutes, shower, go and pick up the little ones at after-school care, get them home by 6pm, cook dinner, get kids in bed by 8-8:30, make lunch for me and my daughter, and finally hit the sack by 10-10:30. Lather, rinse, repeat. I am used to 3.5-4hrs of sleep. Since I started exercising, I have found that I don't even need a nap in the afternoon.

Peace

You're a freak. I thought waking up at 3am was bad, and I usually always nap for an hour and a half when I get home (at around 12:30 or 1). I hope you make a lot of money at least.

Usually my earliest commitments are my 10:10 classes but I still get up at 8 for coffee and some computer/kitten time. In the off chance I get scheduled at my job for a 7AM shift, I'll get up at 6 and be on the bike to work by 6:30. The bike ride this last Sunday morning was beautiful - even though I'd gone to bed at 3:30 and was still piss drunk.

I like my life...

wow, that's a pretty hectic schedule..

I am so used to it, since I've been doing the kid thing for seven years now. I've been waking up at around this time for close to twenty years, you get used to it. On Sunday I "sleep in" and actually pull a 6 hour sleep marathon. Can't sleep much more than that anyway.

Edit: As for the exercise, I am on Phase 3 of P90X. It's tough, but it gives me a ton of energy.

Peace
