what to do when someone is blasting their subs?

Ever think of maybe going out there and asking politely?

I never would as I assume that they already know their music is inappropriately loud at a very late hour. Just follow them home and play your subs extra loud at noon when THEY are trying to sleep.

Jerboy IS saying they are big black morons with a higher likelyhood to commit a crime than "others".

thats not racist at all, unless your going to say that jesse jackson is a racist. he basically said the same thing. that he'd be scared if he looked back and saw a black guy behind him in an alley or whatever. its just statistics. everyone profiles, if i see a bunch of guys that look sorta hickish i think i'll avoid them because generally people like that are more likely to be racist and dangerous. same with black people. i chose not to walk down dark alleys at night because its generally dangerous, not because i have something against em based on normal assumptions, a bunch of black people being inconsiderate in a car at night probably are just thugs.
