Obviously, not eveyrone is on myspace, but 99% of my friends are. The larger point is that people implied that I just grabbed a girl's picture from myspace and pretended to know her, as if i'm a weird serial killer or something. It wasn't you, many made the accusation. But I did know her, we met offline but it was easier for me to grab her picture from there. So I was annoyed of the accusation.

I lost my job recently and she's bought me dinner 3 times, bought me drinks a few times too.. Never spend more than 75 cents on her (a snickers crunch bar). she's a friend, she's not like that at all.

The show was..Interesting.. I thought it was her friend's show but it turns out her friend was a gallery owner from the U.K. here to rep his new artist, a Czech artist. The work was print work that often has an interesting 3d effect going on, but I thought it was a bit gimmicky. THe crowd had money and, while it wasn't difficult mingling, my pal felt out of place (we were young and not as "cultured"). Though we did chat with some nice people including this hipster fellow and his very cute friends - he invited me to joiin him and his friends out tonight but i'm probably going to pass - it seems a little odd to jump at an invitation so soon. The artist was in attendance and seemed like a lovely person but i was too intimidated to talk to her, because I really don't know much about art. We left a little early to watch the family guy at my place and then she left to go dancing (I was invited but was exhausted). A good, interesting night.

Went dressed in black slacks, my favorite blue shirt, and a black blazer. Didn't look or feel out of place. She wore a chinese style dresS. Was an interesting night, met some nice people and might go karaoking with some people I met there tomorrow - groovy.
