Thank you, Epoman and jtusa4. So few around here understand the level of sacrifice and committment it takes to protect this great nation. It does NOT protect itself, freedom is not free and a few have to bleed so that the many do not have to. That may sound canned, but it's true. You guys know this already. :thumbsup:

1. Getting married
2. birth of daughter
3. birth of daughter
4. birth of son
5. getting out of the air force (and leaving North Dakota and never to return)
6. becoming a home owner


note: 2-4 are of equal importance.

Why is #5 on the list of your "Life's Best Moments?" Did you have a crappy supervisor that gave you a bad EPR and that soured you on AF life?

I've had plenty of "bests" which have later been crushed and I wished that they'd never happened. Sadly, I believe it all comes down to money. The day I made my first custom PC sale was pretty f'n awesome. $900 in 20's is a LOT of money to a 16 year old. Unfortunately, I promptly spent $800 of it on the product and squandered the remaining $100 on... Some worthless piece of equipment around here somewhere.

went to clubs with friends in hawaii, friend got drunk and wouldnt leave with us. later when he came back to the room at 3am in the morning, he said he was sleeping in the dirt somehow and 2 policemen woke him up he said he didnt remember a thing about us going to clubs that night :thumbsup:

Nope, had a great boss and got nothing but 5's on my APR's (airmans performance reviews) in my 10 years of service.

It is listed as #5 because i was tired of being a poor E-5 Staff Sergeant. Plus North Dakota SUCKS!!! although Vegas and Germany was very nice

I have done many of the things mentioned in this topic..
I have graduated from purdue university, I have finished my time in the United states Army, I have got a great paying job in a fortune 500 company, I have purchased a New house, I have been in love, Shoot I was even a male stripper for 10 years, and watching my wife in on our wedding day was the most beautiful site I have ever seen but the best moment in my life happens everymorning when i come home from work and my 3 year old baby girl runs to my arms yelling daddys home .. then i get that long silent hug that is better than anything.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
