Read an article on Tom's hardware guide saying how you could run a Pentium 166 MMX at 200 Mhz by changing one jumper setting. I've never owned a desktop system that wasn't overclocked since then.
LOL - same here! Almost bought a 200MMX computer way back, but read about this beforehand (thankfully). Saved some cash and still had 200mhz. Afterwards, I have not run a single CPU at stock that I use for myself. That includes PIIs, PIIIs, Athlons, AXPs, A64s, C2Ds, Nehalems, and SBs.
