Zeiss Ikon Super Ikonta IV in nearly mint condition with the user manual and original box. Picked it up for 5 bucks at a garage sale. It should sell for somewhere between $400 and $700 on eBay. It was top-o-the-line tech 60 years ago.
Also finally took the dive into smartphones and bought a Samsung Galaxy S3. Paid a bit more than $5 for it though.

What was the last tech gadget or device you bought? Mine was a Raspberry Pi.
16GB flash drive last week to replace my shitty old 2GB one that broke.
Pair of Sennheiser CX150s.
$12...couldn't pass it up.

Hyundai Elantra with blutooth and voice activated electronics.
This car is a high tech device on wheels.
