I beg to differ. As a freshman, favourite so far:

Honors Calculus III/Calculus IV (Topology
of Rn, calculus for functions of several variables, linear and multilinear
algebra, theory of determinants, inner product spaces, exterior differential
calculus, integration on manifolds. Existence theorems for ordinary
differential equations. Proving Stoke's, Green's, etc.)--I guess its more fun when up until college you only had high school math.

advanced manufacturing lab--we split the class into 2 "companies", each had to design and manufacture 100 pieces of a product. My company made cork pulling bottle openers. We designed the pieces, built injection molds and metal forming jigs, used robots and a conveyor system for assembly, did xray quality testing, begged vendors for free stuff, etc. It was a very good experience!

I'm taking one of those course too, unfortunately they show a lot of animals. :Q I think ethnic studies especially asian american studies courses were the most interesting. My class on the Simpsons is pretty cool too.

I was traumatized when we got to the topic if deviant forms of sexual behavior. I think I'm scarred for life after that...

History Of Western Sexuality (Same format as food history, except about sex instead of food).

Documentary Photography (Only photo class where the school supplies film and processing b/c in addition to class projects, you are also shooting for the yearbook learned a good deal, too).

Gendered Technoculture: Sex, Lies, Videotape, and The Internet (We talked about computers and gender. We had to watch The Matrix as a class project. Need I say more?)
