What will be outsourced next?

Was just thinking about this now that I'm noticing that the U.S. dollar is so weak that filming in Canada and Australia (common stand ins for NYC in movies) is becoming cost prohibitive.. Where will we go next? I was thinking the 3rd world - imagine TV shows were all the extra in a .. NY police drama..are indian...

So, what do you think is next?
