Its actually because Im disabled and cant get around for shit or exercise that has made me balloon to 417
They have me scheduled for an emergency gastric bypass so I will be getting that done soon, and then I may not have to shoot up or take pills anymore at all.
While I'm sure my disabilty pales when compared to yours, (based on your previous posts/threads) I DO understand how the lack of exercise affects you. I ballooned from about 210 to about 275 when I got hurt...before I started doing SOMETHING about it. (I'm still over 250) I also can't do shit for exercise...even enough walking to make a difference, BUT, YOU control how much you put in your mouth. NO, unlike the majority of ATOT, I don't think you should starve yourself...nor deny yourself the foods you love, but you CAN eat healthier and limit how much of the bad food you eat. Gettiong yourself down to a healthier weight MIGHT help with many of the health issues you're dealing with.
Gastric bypasses can work...or not. Some folks adapt to the major change in diet that's required, other people just can't do it, while still others fall into continually failing health as a result.
