What would happen if everyone who posts on AT lived in the same town?

What if we all had to interact physically in the real world? I don't mean a small AT-meetup event either, but maybe there was a town founded somewhere and we all lived there. What do you think would happen?

Would there be giant flame wars in public? Would people segregate into social circles based on the sub-forums? What would the social structure look like? Who would be mayor?

Some of my predictions:

-The mods would all be cops
-DrPizza would teach math and farm goats - no obvious competition here
-There'd be a crapload of unemployed IT professionals
-The guys with the hot wives would be social pariahs. Would. Not. Bang.
-Everyone would live like they made $50k for appearances sake, despite the fact that they actually make $250k+
