OP: Just think of now many triplication jobs that would have to be axed.

YOU asked the question, what do you think would happen? (Besides the union strikes)

EDIT: This got me thinking, what if Microsoft, Apple, and Google merged!!

It would be called a ChevDoFey. The combined warranty from the new 3-in1 company would be for 30 years or 300,000 miles.

It would be wrapped and sold in the flag, but would be built in Mexico, with less domestic American content than a Toyota Tundra.

The very first recall would be announced just a couple of weeks into production. A series of other recalls would follow, for things such as missing brakes, unattached steering wheels, and a curious lack of a reverse gear. This would become a national scandal.

Muslims would be blamed, as everyone knows they should be.

And each company would blame the other two for the problems.

I personnally think it would be the best vehicles in the world.

Not really, it would be a significant reduction in competition and choice. Competition breeds improvement and cheaper costs. More car companies means more variety in the vehicles that are available. If those three companies got together you could expect increased costs, decreased innovation, less progress, and less ability to find the car you want.

Take a look how much the domestic cars have improved lately due to competition with foreign brands. The batch of new cars being released is seriously improved and that can be directly attributed to competition from other car makers.

Cliffs:
Competition and variety good
Less competition and less variety bad

OP, what is your opinion on Vagisil?

He'll probably think it should be merged with Preparation H.

That's because Toyota came in and told the UAW they weren't push overs. No factory, no jobs, we don't have to build here.
Cute try at being clever though.

The fact that the Toyota Tundra has more domestic content than many "American" brands has NOT ONE THING to do with where in America they decided to put their factory, idiot.

STFU, and take your asshole P&N troll shit back there where you can yip around with the other angry, dim-witted culture warriors.

quoted. And yes it does. Also CAFE, and sometimes it's just a choice in suppliers. You also hand picked a Tundra, many cars foreign and domestic with more domestic content.
