This is all well and good and I agree he shouldn't have lost his life, but who knows what he might have ended up doing? Maybe in a like 20 years he becomes president and starts world war 3, then we would wish someone would have stopped him at some other point in his life.

Hell, maybe it wasn't OJ that killed him. Maybe it was a mysterious time traveler from our future sent back in time to save the future.

This point would pretty much go for anyone changing time. No matter how insignificant, any little thing may destory the fabric of time.

I don't think that I would go back to change anything about me. I may not be happy with the way some thing worked out, but all those experiences made me what I am today. Who knows if things would have made thing better or worse? I would always be going back to change each and every little thing that comes up.

Ofcourse, going back to give myself some lotto numbers doesn't sound half bad

Actually I thought about it, and it doesn't take doing something to destroy time.

By sending someone back in time, it was done in the future, and for the people in the future it was already done. As a result they have no reason to send back in time, therefore it wasn't done, so they send back in time, therefore there is no reason to send back...

You get the picture, even sending something 1ns forward or backward will instantly cause time to stop. It will just STOP dead, and never exist in the future or the past, or the present.
