A man who was shot 20 times with a pellet gun for appearing to be Middle Eastern refused to retaliate even though he had an actual gun on him at the time.
'I don't know. I just couldn't do it,' Cameron Mohammed said when asked why he did not shoot back at Daniel Quinnell when Quinnell attacked him in the parking lot of a Walmart in Lutz, Florida.

honestly, I'm not sure I'd understand it was a pellet gun. I'd just know I was hit near my eyes and under fire by a man holding something that looks like a gun. I know I'd try to run for cover/safety, but sadly I don't know I would be able to distinguish the difference between a 'real' gun and a pellet gun shooting at me while under fire and in pain.
So sadly, I'd probably shoot him. I really respect the man for being able to control himself and not take a life.

Police eventually captured Quinnell with the help of his own mother. She called the tipline and told them the room number that he was staying in at the Comfort Inn off a highway on Land O'Lakes. He was charged with aggravated assault.
Then you would go to jail.I don't know what I would have done, but amazing on his part to show restraint.
Actually, I do know what I would do. I would fire warning shots in the air to scare that racist fool off.
also many pellet guns look exactly like a real gun.
though i suspect after 1 hit you would know it wasn't a real gun. but i wouldn't blame anyone for blowing the fucker away.
Killing someone is serious business and once you kill someone you can't take it back. Me for starters... I would not carry a .45. Maybe something in a smaller caliber that makes a lot of noise but doesn't pack quite the punch.
