It was wrong and who knows why she did it. The only advice I could give you would be not to worry about it unless something else happens. If you know your relationship is secure, I honestly wouldnt worry about it.

I wouldn't trust her one bit after that. Game over, IMO. I'm still good friends with my exgf and I know that she would never do something like that (she never did and I know she never would). That is simply not acceptable. Don't have to hate each other, but a relationship can not be functional with sh!t like that happening. Nope.
