I have to inforce this stuff in an industrial environment, and I've had people under me lose body parts. Trust me - if it spins and has torque, you don't wear gloves. A cut or a tear in your skin is far easier to fix than a partial or total amputation.
While you could back it out and seal up the entry wound easily, I would want some sort of antibiotic to reduce infection.
I would probably go to urgent care and get prescription.
