My recommendation would be an Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe. For an Nforce2 board, it's got all the features you could want or use, and it's now only $87 at Newegg.com. Check it out.
the Abit NF7-S has soundstorm which is a plus  and Epox just came out with a nforce2 board that uses the new ultra 400 GB chipset(native firewall and gigabit ethernet)

Asus A7V880 or its little cousin, the Asrock K7V88. I have a couple of their predecessors, the Asus A7V600 (and A7V600-X) and they are solid and inexpensive! Save some $s to spend on something else...
.bh.
DFI NFII Ultra AL or Abit NF7 or NF7-S (not new crappy one).
I had very odd experiences with the Shuttle, not unlike MSI boards. It is now collecting dust, and I'm quite happy w/ the DFI.
I had a POS MSI K7N2 for years, but something's FUBARE'D with it now. I am picking up my Shuttle AN35N Ultra today from FedEx. $52.99 shipped from the 'Egg. It looks like a solid board for the money, I'll let you know how it goes.
