What would you say is a healthy weight for a male who is 6' in height?

I think that chart fits girls better. 6' for 180 pounds is 24 pounds above normal weight? For a man?

I take it you missed the part that that chart is for BMI, or are unfamiliar with BMI?

That chart is saying 180lbs at 6' has a BMI of 24 - not that that ht/wt combination is 24lbs overweight.
Look at the color coding - it also says that is normal weight (albeit on the upper limit, according to BMI).
For an average frame/body type/muscle mass concentration, BMI is pretty spot on. 6' 180lbs CAN be overweight for some individuals, and it can be underweight for others.

Are you kididng? I have 2 SKINNY friends that are 6 1 or 6 2 and 200lbs.

I'm 5 9 180 and still have to look for smalls in order for clothes to not be huge around my torso.

I'm 5'9 and 190 and wear XL white T's to not look like a Dbag wearing tight shirts. I guess if you're a jersey shore wanna be you can wear those smalls.

As for my boxers I stick with Large but I'm sure you are a small on those.

I'm 5'11" and weigh 175lbs. It's certainly not all muscle though. I'd like to trim down 10-15lbs then work back up to this weight with lean mass.

I've been as heavy as a chubby 190lbs though. It felt unhealthy in my case.
