Weber Q100 with Weber 6501 adapter hose so you can use refillable 20 lb. propane tanks.
Weber 6507 is a nice, albeit slightly expensive, collapsable cart, and the Weber 6550 cover.
If you get it from Amazon, whole bundle should be under $200, and they have a 30 day price guarantee policy, so keep track of items in your shopping cart after purchase to track price.
Amazon also has lots of cheap brass bristle grill brushes, too.
edit: Home Depot and Lowes should have the 14.1 oz propane cylinder that the Q100 is designed for (usually $3 in plumbing welding area). If you unscrew bracket holding cylinder in place, you can use more readily available 16 oz. camping propane cylinder. I did some rough calculations, and using these cylinders would be about equivalent to paying $100 / 20 lb. propane cylinder (under $20 refill), so once you're sure it's a keeper, I would get an adapter hose and find a convenient and reasonably priced propane cylinder exchange center around you. Walmart has a generic 4 ft. hose for around $15, but i went with the Weber one because I knew it would fit and felt it might be better quality.
