What's a good free POP3 Server?

I used to use something called Pegasus but it's a bit of a pain- designed primarily for some other OS- not Windows- so it's compatability with Windows services is abysmal.

I dunno, but a lot of folks think thunderbird is good.
I just use web-based. Forgot what my ISP email is.

I have been using argosoft for years. I pay for it, but I believe they still offer a free version.

cool, argosoft looks pretty nice. would be nicer if it didnt have the limitations without buying it. Anything else out there?

Great Free web servers and free FTP servers out there.. how come the POP3 servers are so few and if free has limitations?

I imagine a POP3 server is easier to create than FTP and definitely easier than a web server (at least a web server which acts as a Servlet container like Apache Tomcat)
