I only got like 7lbs of corned beef, roughly the size of a small intercooler, not bulk. =(

Depends on the cut. Mostly, I'd say rare to medium-rare. Very few, like brisket, should be cooked well-done, unless you have a bionic jaw. A few others, no more than rare, unless you're a philistine.

That thing had mention of 15lb chickens... clearly not beef. Also given how much kobe goes for due to its fat level, I'm kinda surprised they haven't just started eating straight tallow given its removal of all those pesky meat bits. Some of the high end meat they showed looked rather unappetizing.
