The internet is so weird.

I saw this thread was bumped, laughed, then read the most recent replies to it, then I went back to the first page to read how it all started again.

Then I followed a link on the first page to some guy that has a website about how to slaughter farm animals.

Then I went on youtube to see videos of farm animals getting slaughtered (It's just something I'm curious about.) and I thought about how I want to live on a farm someday and raise and slaughter my own animals for food.

Then I wondered if there are butcher shops near me that might have really fresh meats. Went on google, and couldn't really find much.

Then I had a fantasy about opening my own butcher shop next to the fresh produce market in my town so people could go and get fresh produce and meat at the same time.

So, ummmm, yeah... bulk beef.

When I worked the grill at McDonalds as a teenager, we would go through one or two 50LB cases of meat during the 11am-1pm lunch rush. Bulk would be a walk in cooler full of beef.
