Not much. I'm full because I just had a small Tin Roof Blizzard from DQ, so I'm not sure I'll be hungry later.

Ps. Damn, people cook 1 meal and eat it over a week? That's disgusting. I only use fresh ingredient and make enough for 1 meal. I don't do leftover.

depending on the meal you can make a number of things that are leftover worthy. i made pork dumplings a couple weeks ago, good stuff.

I made some pizza dough this morning (1 part wheat 3 parts AP flour)
made a sausage pizza with fennel seed and sliced peppers, on top of smoked mozzarella and a home made tomato-basil sauce.

A tasty tilapia curry, which came out quite well (my previous attempts at curry have been meh).

I haven't cooked enough to last for a week of leftovers, but sometimes it's nice to have leftovers when I'm just too tired/don't have enough time to cook up a meal (I generally take a while to prepare dinner).

Also, do you prepare fresh lunches everyday as well? I would love to make lunch everyday, but I usually don't have enough time in the morning. Generally I just use my leftovers from the previous night's dinner and finish them off at lunch; perhaps it lacks in variety, but it's quite convenient.

Well, I ended up cracking open a nice 40 of Country Club. Seriously, it was sitting in the back of my fridge, and it's cold and I have another day of bar study tomorrow. Why not.

I also have a faggiolata on the stove. It's a generic term for an Italian bean dish, usually white beans (cannelini, lupini, whatever is around) sauteed with onion, peppers, and anything else in some sort of liquid. Most have a bit of an acid component. I did mine with great northerns, onion, carrot, red jalapeno, and a little bit of leftover sausage. Used lard for the soffrito base and tomato for the liquid. Touch of red wine vinegar for acidity.

Can you teach me how to be classy like you?

I used to love Raisin Bran (Crunch) until I discovered Costco's house brand Organic Raisin Bran. So much better tasting. Maybe 'cause I prefer food with less sugar now than I do in the past. Kelloggs Raisin Bran is way too sweet (from HFCS perhaps) and the bran flakes cut my mouth. I also don't like the raisin it uses.

Yes, I make fresh sandwich each morning. I don't use leftover for lunch, I find that highly unsanitary.
