although kind of old it's intel's newer stepping of Pentium 3 processors. Basically it's just a revision on the chip design and yes it does generally overclock better than older steppings
Definitely get a (preferably retail) cB0 stepping chip if you are going to overclock - otherwise it makes no difference. All available Intel chips @ 800 MHz & over are cB0's.
