English muffin with speculoos spread. May have some instant miso soup later. I didn't eat til lunch today, so it offset my food schedule, and I'm not that hungry.

Ground beef was back down to $2.99 /lb at Costco so I made cheeseburgers with bacon, avocado, and the work. I also used some of the ground beef for chili. It's slow cooking in the crock pot at the moment.

10 piece chicken nuggets and filet o fish. Hopefully that won't be the highlight of my Sunday.

The wifey picked up a lot of good ground beef today and a few things.

Froze some and left a couple lbs in the fridge.

Do they have the Old Bay Filet O'Fish there? Pretty good. I broke down and got one a few weeks ago, and was pleased. I quit eating FOFs a long time ago cause they made me sick twice(I suspect the tartar sauce), but couldn't resist trying the Old Bay variant.

Tonight it will be really easy:

Cubed parboiled home grown kabocha squash added to my home made Italian sauce made with my home grown tomatoes (I canned this last September), some 1-hour parboiled beef tossed in, all over organic whole wheat spaghetti, topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Had this a few days ago, I wouldn't expect a more tasty entree in the best gourmet restaurant you could find! Probably with a glass of red wine. :awe:

I had a döner today in the afternoon. I am still stuffed.

I just ate two Beemster cheese buns for diner.

And i finish with instant Chinese chicken soup from cup a soup.

Tonight i have made my pizza egg. Pizza topping on a base of baked egg instead of dough. And that divided over 3 buns.

Normally the pizza topping is comprised of , slices of green paprika, slices of parish mush rooms. Slices of tomato. Some garlic powder, some pieces of salami and grated cheese. And some Italian pizza herbs.
Tonight, everything except for the paprika, Paris mushroom and tomato.

Just don't over cook the pasta and don't overcomplicate the recipe.
