I got banned from amazon for selling too many wiis too quickly. But now I operate under a different account.

most amazon sellers are shitheads. They have too many indie sellers so they don't care.

From the sound of it, looks like these people are habitual purchase return/refund abusers. The same people who forced Costco to change their generous return policy. I say good for Amazon.

that's funny as fuck. They are actually limiting buyers who they don't turn a profit on.

sounds kinda bullshit like but w/e. They basically only want to cater to customers who never return products. Not the abusers. But then, what is to say if you are an abuser? The guarantee should state "amazon has great return policy, but don't return too frequently, you will get banned!"

I've got nothing against Amazon, either. Just ordered a bluetooth Garmin GPS for my husband at 5PM on Thursday and it was delivered at 2PM on Friday. Works for me!

edit: just read the threads at SD and FW. Looks like Amazon is getting serious. Some folks sound like they are innocent. I can't say what the truth is but I just checked my own email and Amazon account even though I've never returned or price adjusted anything. Mine looks okay.

I can only imagine how many people ripped of amazon how many times until they implemented this policy.


owell there are other places to shop online. dozens of other places. It's a mistake on their part probably.

I've never returned anything and I've only price adjusted once over 6 months ago. I'd seriously be very sad to have problems with Amazon, they're my favorite online store.

do you guys think if amazon's new policy earns them the HIGHEST profit in years, that all other retailers will follow, even buying amazon's information about you to save them their own research and banning you from their sites as well?

It would be like, get banned from amazon and nobody will sell anything to you off the internet.
