marinade thinly-sliced beef with finely-chopped garlic and some soy sauce
saute the meat
put it in a bowl
add some sliced tomato and chopped green onion & cilantro on top
boil ramen noodle with enough water for a soup. add seasoning.
pour noodle soup on top of the beef/tomato/onion & cilantro
squeeze in a wedge of lemon or lime
add some lettuce
there's different ways to eat it with egg.. either fry an egg, and eat it over the noodles.. the texture difference is freakin awesome and if you make the yolk a little runny, man.. delicious... you can also just crack the egg right into the pot right before the noodles are done cooking.. you can scramble it or not, up to you..
you can also throw leftovers into it.. especially if you have chinese leftovers.. almost anything is good in it..
what's also really good is if you are eating pork flavor, put in a little bit of steak sauce.. tastes hella good
Sautee meat ... add
shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and bean sprouts
Set aside
Sautee noodles, add a bit of water to loosen
When water evaporates, add meat and vegetables
Pour soy sauce, worchestshire sauce, and a bit of orange or lemon juice on it
Stir fry for about a minute
