Dude (assuming you're a dude), think about it, do you want a kid living with you when you're 64 years old and ready for retirement?

Vivaaaaa VIAGRAAAAAA!!!

I would think more about how the kid(s) would deal with having a father and mother who could possible lack the energy and vitality to be active in their parenting of the children. By the time your kid is 10, you'll be 58; almost old enough to be his grandfather. Do you want that?

If you do, be sure that your erection doesn't last longer than four hours.

35 for a woman? Isn't that flirting with Down's syndrome?

Besides, if a guy has kids at 50 chances are he'll die before he sees his grandchildren.

Personally, what I consider ideal would to have children when I'm between 30 to 35 years of age. I'm looking to get married when I'm between 28-32 years old.

13. It'd be nice to have the kids out of the house by the time you're 30

You want to have em earlier. You'll be 68 when they go into college and hell you might be dead! My friends dad is around 70 and his son is a sophomore in college and they are in that boat.

Who did you hear this from? This is ridiculous. Do not have kids, please.

QFT

By the time you are ready for it, you are no longer able to, hence the saying "youth is wasted on the young". Sigh.

my dad is 53 right now and my mom is 48. I am 16 and a sophmore in high school, so using my excellent math skills my parents were 37 and 32 when they had me. The reason they waited so long is my mom is a doctor and they wanted to wait until she was out of residency and got a real job before they had kids. They can keep up with two teenage boys( they still go to Ozzfest with us) at their age, so having kids then wasn't a bad thing. When you are in your 40s however you will be almost in your 60s by the time they move out and it is something to consider. It also gets hard for women to give birth at that age so adoption might be an option, parents friends who are the same age just adopted two kids so it is up to what you think you can handle, kids are a lot of work.

IMO, you're too old to be having children. Think about the huge generation gap there. Do you think you'll be able to relate to them when they're teenagers?
