Most trance music is around 140bpm - which is perfect cause my strides stay in synch w/ the beat when I'm running at 7mph on the treadmill.

Dude, I was just going to post that! I listen to that song before every race. It's the perfect running song; it's even written at the right tempo so you run with the beat. Also on my pump up mix is Metallica's Battery and Master of Puppets, Apocalyptica's Hall of the Mountain King, some Pantera, some Children of Bodom, Opeth's Deliverence and Master's Apprentices, Nile's Lashed to the Slave Stick, and of course some classic rock.
