Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible, and, after our review, she will load the full list into the directory.

It's got both a parenthetical phrase and a coordinating conjunction. Three are needed, unless you move the parenthetical phrase.

This. However, I would write: "Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible. After our review, she will load the full list into the directory."

Ooops... thought you quoted the other one,

Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible, and, after our review, she will load the full list into the directory.

It's got both a parenthetical phrase and a coordinating conjunction. Three are needed, unless you move the parenthetical phrase.

This works.

So does Scotty's

Renee is going to take my initial load as soon as possible, and after careful review, she will take another full load in another orifice.

Renee will conduct the initial load as soon as possible (better yet, a timeframe perhaps? "within the next 24 hours"). She will then load the full list in the directory after it has been reviewed (approved?) by our Dept.

Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible and after our review, she will load the full list into the directory.

A comma isn't the only thing wrong with that sentence.

Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible; and after our review, she will load the full list into the directory.
Better.

Not better.

Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible and, after our review, she will load the full list into the directory.

OR

Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible. After our review, she will load the full list into the directory.

The latter would be preferable.

Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible, and, after our review, she will load the full list into the directory.

It's got both a parenthetical phrase and a coordinating conjunction. Three are needed, unless you move the parenthetical phrase.

The coordinating conjunction does not need a comma in this place. Remove the parenthetical phrase and see:

Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible, and she will load the full list into the directory.
VS
Renee is going to conduct an initial load as soon as possible and she will load the full list into the directory.

The comma in the first sentence is superfluous.

A good rule-of-thumb is to never put a comma before the word "and". One major exception is when you have a list of multiple items. Even with a list of multiple items, the comma is debatable if you are willing to have some very confusing lists.

But as others said, just use two sentences.

This thread is full of fail. How can people comment on poor grammar when no one in this forum can properly correct that sentence? Seems like there is no consensus on how to write that sentence. I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering that English teachers from K-12 can't agree on anything either.

If you say this one out loud, it almost sounds like William Shatner.
