What's the best and safest way to increase mah mulah ($$$)??

I'm a college student a I gots a few thousand dollars excess.....what do I do with it? I was looking at a CD or bond. What are my options? It HAS to be a safe and sound investment but I also want to make good interest on it.....

or if you dont want to risk losing your money, put it in the bank at like 3% intrest or whatever the going rate is

Do you have any high-interest credit cards or car loan?

If so, use the money to pay those off immediately.

Even with the best CD and savings rates, you'll save the most by getting rid of high-interest rate debt first.

3% is even pushing it. you can't make money on money unless you take risk...otherwise everyone would be doing it and then it'd be pointless

The problem with savings accounts is that you cant beat inflation over long periods of time. Government bonds arent that fast but are real safe. I would go to vegas and bet it all on red!

well since your in college...invest in some web space...go to the bars on the weekend...take pics of the girls doing stuff and edit out faces/get em to sign disclaimers...create a pay structure for $15/month...make $1000's off lonly atot'ers

Go to a car auction. Buy a couple sell them. Rinse and repeat until you have enough to buy a few mobile homes (Fl is great for this). Sell them. Keep doing that until you can do the same with Houses or Land.

Thats how I supplement my income.
