What's the best legal music download service?

I want to register for a legal download service. My use for this music, other than just listening to it on my computer, would be burning the songs to regular CD format to listen to in the car. (not MP3)

Lots of choices...Napster, etc. What's everyone's take on this? I suppose security measures would matter, too, since I'd use a CC.

Haven't used it myself, but Amazon is supposed to be good. You get plain old .mp3's (no DRM) at 192kbs I believe.
